Program

Going Curbless
Dean Moilanen
Noble Company
Curbless showers are in high demand, sometimes solely for their streamlined look, other times because of ADA compliance efforts or similar aging-in-place design measures.  This course will provide a brief overview of the growing demand for curbless showers, the difference between curbless and barrier-free, the installation methods in the TCNA Handbook, and a host of design and installation considerations for a successful project.

Bridging the Gap-Crack Isolation
Charlie Renner
HB Fuller Construction Products
Since all concrete slabs crack, it is important to understand what surface preparation that needs to be done to help prevent the cracks from propagating through to the tile to protect your investment. This is especially important with the shift to larger and larger tiles combined with fast track construction schedules.

Grout – Your Choice Matters
Howard Jancy
Custom Building Products
This program will define and show how to properly specify grout for ceramic tile an natural stone, discuss sanded and non-sanded grouts, latex modified and epoxy grouts and maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
