Program Descriptions
Evolution of Terrazzo Systems: From Design Principles to Installation Demonstrations - 1.5 LU/HSWs
Join us for a session on the evolution of terrazzo floor systems. We'll cover traditional cement sand cushion, epoxy, and new flowable cement and seamless system innovations on the market. You'll learn about substrate preparation, application, on-site installation, and pre-manufactured elements like countertops and stairs. View mockups and installation demonstrations by experienced BAC craftworkers to illustrate the process stages, including membrane application, strip placement, terrazzo placement, grinding, and polishing for a smooth finish.
