About the Speaker
Dan Siteman, EIT
Director Of Industry Development And Technical Services, IMI
Dan is an engineer in training, university lecturer, and masonry workshop coordinator. He is a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College, Stockton University, and Rowan University. Dan serves as treasurer for the South Jersey Chapter Structural Engineering Institute (SEI) of The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and sits on the board of the ACE Mentor Program of New Jersey.
Previously, Dan was an installer – working with unit masonry, masonry repointing and repair, concrete repair, flashing systems, sealants, rainscreen systems, and waterproofing systems. He has been a member of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) since 2001.
With over 15 years of experience in the field, Dan now supports the design and construction industry through continuing education, construction document review, direct project assistance, and craftworker training development.
